A-Reece, real name Lehlogonolo Ronald Mataboge, is a South African rapper, composer, and record producer. He was born on March 27, 1997. He was raised in the Gauteng suburb of Arridgeville.

In 2015, A-Reece was a part of Ambitiouz Entertainment, but no legal documents had been formally signed.

He left management following disagreements and started working as an independent artist. Following the release of his track, “Couldn’t,” on which the rapper Emtee appeared, he rose to fame in 2015.
