Ruger Biography

Leading Afrobeats musician Michael Adebayo Olayinka (born September 23, 1999) is better known by his stage moniker Ruger. He is currently a singer and songwriter under Jonzing World Entertainment.

In 2021, after being revealed as the newest signee of Jonzing World, he rose to fame on the national stage. On March 4th, 2021, he released Pandemic, his self-titled debut EP.

On November 26th, 2021, he published his follow-up EP, The Second Wave. In June 2022, he released The Second Wave Deluxe, his third music album.

Ruger got his start in music at a young age. He joined the choir at his church and played in the band for the school musical. He started writing songs and appearing in musical performances after that.
